Faenza Restaurant: creative cooking, theme nights, gourmet tastings, art and music
Our hotel now has three spaces where guests can enjoy dishes prepared by local chef Fabrizio Mantovani.
Art, music and good food come together and throughout the day, from 8am to midnight, you can sample delicious cuisine with a creative international flair, combining traditional culinary art and genuine ingredients.
Breakfast, light snacks and pre-dinner drinks are served in the snack café. Try our freshly prepared Italian croissants, cakes and sandwiches, which are prepared using organic produce and are served with special blends of Italian coffee, fruit juices and a wider range of organic wines.
At lunchtime guests can enjoy a hearty buffet in the liberty dining hall and the FM @lla svelta ceramics room, while in the evening an à la carte menu is served in a delightful bistro setting.
Recipes are created daily by our chef Fabrizio Mantovani, who works with a passion and is attentive to tradition but also keen to add an original, contemporary twist to classic dishes. He is assisted by executive chef Mattia Agazzi, a young chef from Bergamo who has worked in some of the very best restaurants and is famous for his attention to detail and expertise with ingredients.
The FM rooms were redeveloped by the Canepa Architectural Firm and the KHA group, who designed and created the interior furnishings and artwork.
